When creating a transmittal a reason for the issue can be specified.

1. From the Configuration Tables select Reasons.

   

2. Click the New button.

3. Add a Reason code and Title.

   

4. Enter a Sequence number to indicate the order it will appear in the drop down box.

5. Click Save.
