Individual Item Security

Access to Gallery items can be controlled at an individual item level as follows:

• Personal – Only the uploader/Primary administrator is able to view the item

• Company – Only the uploader Company/Primary administrator is able to view the item

• Project – Anyone with access to the Gallery can view item

The Private option means that the item cannot be shared with other projects.
