Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication allows organizations to integrate InEight Document with their existing solution, or leverage InEight Document to provide two factor authentication for user logins via Google or Microsoft Authenticator.

To enable Two Factor Authentication:

  1. From Settings select Two Factor Authentication.

  1. Select the Enable Two Factor Authentication check box (ensure that you can install the Microsoft or Google Authenticator app otherwise you risk being locked out).

  1. To scan the QR Code and set up your InEight Document account, download and use the Microsoft or Google Authenticator App.

  2. Click OK.

  3. When you next log into InEight Document, after entering your standard credentials, enter the code provided by the Microsoft or Google Authenticator App in the Two Factor Authentication screen.

  4. Click Login.
