Deleting Mail
Although mail stored in the InEight Inbox and Sent Item registers cannot be deleted, drafts and unregistered (unprocessed) mail can be deleted.
All deleted mail is first moved to the Deleted Items mailbox. From here it can be permanently deleted (removed completely from the InEight Document system).
To delete mail:

Select the mail items to delete using the tick box.

Click Delete on the toolbar.

Click Yes when prompted.
To restore deleted mail:

Select mail items to be restored using the tick box.

Click the Restore button on the toolbar (the mail will be restored to the mailbox it was deleted from).

Click Yes to confirm the restore process.
To permanently delete mail:

Select mail items to be deleted permanently by ticking the select box against them. Use the Advanced mail search if required to locate the required mail.

Click Delete to permanently delete the selected items and click Yes when prompted.
