Duplicating Mail

Use the Duplicate option to create new mail that has similar recipients, subject and/or message details to an existing item of mail. To use the duplicate function:

  1. In any of the Drafts, Sent Items, or Inbox mail boxes, select the mail to be duplicated.

  1. Click More, then Duplicate.

  1. From the drop-down list, select the correspondence type for your new mail.

  2. The mail form will now open with all details populated based on the mail being duplicated which includes any fields that can be matched from the source template.

  3. Edit as required and send as normal.
