Navigating Mobile Transmittals

1. From the Dashboard, select Transmittals from the base menu. This opens up the Transmittals menu which includes both the Inbox and Sent Items.

      

2. To view Transmittals, tap on the relevant mailbox (e.g. Inbox) and then tap the Transmittal you wish to view.

3. To search for Transmittals, use the quick search bar to enter simple search terms (eg ‘Bridge’), or select the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner to use your default search or do an advanced search.

4. To download Transmittal documents to your device and make them available offline, from the register view, tap the download icon on the right.

With Transmittals, you can see if the file has actually been downloaded to the device by selecting the transmittal then Documents. It will indicate downloaded files in green.
