Security

Access to the Vendor Data Module is managed in the same way as access to other modules via Manage User Access from within the Admin module. Options for each user are:

• Full: Users can create Contracts, Items Purchased, Deliverable Line Items, and links between Deliverable Line Items and Documents. They can also manage the status of Deliverable Line Items.

• View: Users can view all Vendor Data Information created by users within their company but cannot create or edit data.

• No Access: Users cannot view the Vendor Data Register.
