A project might want to mark a contact as a service account, meaning it will only be visible to the primary administrator. This is useful for integrations with other systems. The primary administrator can assign the service account to a new contact or an exisitng contact in the Address book Contacts register and can also remove the service account setting from a contact if required.
If the project administrator wants to remove the Service Account feature, they must contact InEight.
Summary: Mark a contact as a service account when the account does not need to be visible to users. The contact remains in the project, but it is only available to the primary administrator.
Considerations: After the service account is assigned, other users who sign into the project cannot view the contact in the Contacts register.
