Use this option to choose who receives notification when comments are made on documents.

Include reviewer comments when releasing documents

During the release of documents, this option will select all comments and redlines by default on the document release screen.

Notify reviewers about other reviewer comments on review completion

This option means that reviewers who have already completed their review will be notified if subsequent reviewers make comments.

Allow comment ‘raised by’ to update comment attributes and closeout comment

This option allows the user specified in the ‘Raised by’ comment to update comment attributes and close out the comment even if they were not the user who entered the comment.

Allow closing out of document comments made by other users

This option allows any user able to view comments relating to a document to close out the comments of any other user in relation to the same document.

Enable editing of redlines and of comments before release This option lets the review coordinator make edits to other users' annotations and comments prior to release.

Allow responses to Closed-Out comments

This option enables responses to be added to comments that have already been closed-out.

Enable redlining and comments after document review workflow completion

This enables the ongoing redlining of and commenting against documents by users with access to them once the review workflow for them is completed.

Enable redlining and comments on unrestrained documents

This enables the ability to redline and comment documents that are uploaded as unrestrained and did not go through a formal review.

Enable redlining on restrained documents

This option is used to enable the ability to redline mark-up during a review. When you select this option, you can choose whether users with document access or only reviewers can make annotations or comments. When the Public option is selected, comments and redlines can be made by any user with access to the document while it is in review. When the Review option is selected, only users involved in the document review can comment.
Auto save document markups This option enables saving markups automatically in the file.
Auto load document markups This option enables loading document markups in the PDF viewer in real time. This setting is used in conjunction with the Auto save document markups setting. When both settings are selected, multiple users who are marking up a document can see each other's markups as they are being made.
