Allow changing details of multiple documents

This option enables users with relevant access to be able to change the details of documents in bulk.

Allow deleting of transmitted documents

This option enables documents to be deleted even if they have been included on transmittals.

Notify users about document deletion by default

This option enables a notification to be sent to users when a document is deleted. This can be changed upon deletion of documents.

Allow changing details on superseded revisions This option enables users with relevant access to be able to change the details on superseded revisions of documents
Attaching restricted document access documents to mail/forms This option enables users to attach documents with restricted access to mail or forms.
Default file format to view first Specifies the file format that is shown first in the viewer when multiple files are associated to the document.
