Introduction to Bluebeam Integration

This guide covers the setup and functionality of InEight Document’s Bluebeam Integration.

Business Process Overview

Bluebeam is an industry standard like Adobe Acrobat Pro and collaboration tool used to assist with the creation, editing and annotation of smart PDF files. InEight Document’s integration tool provides a seamless experience between the document control and review functionality in Document and Bluebeam’s PDF management capabilities.

There are 2 options for using Bluebeam:

  • Bluebeam RevU – Lets you make ad-hoc markup and change the document version rather than changing the entire revision of the document.

  • Bluebeam Studio – Lets you use InEight Document’s Review & Approval System incorporating Bluebeam.
