View comments

The Comments tab lets you view all comments for a document.

You can filter the register at the column level to help you find the comments you need.

Manage columns

You can specify the columns that show on the Comments page and their order and then save this configuration as a view to help you quickly see the comment information that is most helpful to you. To manage the Comments columns, expand the Actions menu, and then select Views > Manage columns. The Manage columns dialog box opens.

You can manage the existing view or create a new one. After you select columns and arrange their order, click Save.
