Favoriting Documents

You can favorite documents to easily access them.

Access the favorites column

  1. Click Manage columns in the Documents register.

  2. Select Favorite, and then click the Move right icon.

  3. Click Apply.

Favorite a document

  1. In the Documents register, find the document you want to set as a favorite.

  2. Click the Favorite icon.

Managing favorites

Set up custom labels to further organize your favorites.

Create a custom label

  1. Right-click within the Favorite column, and then in the context menu, click Manage favorites.

  2. Click Add favorite.

  3. Enter a name for the favorite item, and then select a color.

  4. Click Save.

You can apply a custom label by right-clicking a favorite icon in the Documents register.

To clear all favorite labels, right-click a favorite icon, and then click Clear all favorites.
