Accessing User Security Settings


Access to forms is part of the Manage user access administration function.

Access user security settings for forms

Summary: The security settings for forms specify how user groups can interact with forms.

  1. Click the Settings icon, and then select Admin.

  2. Select Manage user access.

  3. Click the Access type drop-down menu, and then select Forms.

  4. Select the security group.

  5. Select the check boxes to give the users Read and Send access to each form type.

  6. Select the level of access in the Visibility column. You can set the form type access for a security group to Personal, Department, or Company.

  7. Click Save.
