Image hyperlinks

You can generate a document hyperlink for a gallery item to send to another user. The link takes the recipient directly to the gallery item.

Generate a hyperlink

Summary: Generate a hyperlink when you want to quickly send a link to another user without sending an item for review or linking it to another module.

  1. From the Gallery register, expand the Actions menu, and then select Generate gallery hyperlink. The Generate gallery hyperlink dialog box opens.

  2. Click Copy link. The hyperlink is copied to your clipboard.
