Duplicate Detection

When uploading files, if there is an image with the same name and size that already exists in the Project Gallery register it will be detected by the system.

The user is notified and given the option to not upload the duplicate image.

If the ‘Yes’ option is selected from the duplicate detection pop up notification, the upload will continue and the duplicate image is uploaded. If ‘No’ is selected, an alternative image can be selected.

The following detection criteria are used to identify duplications:

• File Name

• File Size

• Uploading user
