View Lots and Sublots

The Lots register contains all lots in the project. The register lets you see information including the lot type, lot status, and the dates that the lot was opened and closed.

Find lots and sublots in the Lots register

Summary: Use the Lots register to locate lots and sublots for viewing.

Considerations: The Lot level column indicates whether an item is a lot or a sublot. The column is not in the default view. You can click Manage columns to add it from the Manage columns dialog box.

  1. From the Dashboard drop-down menu, click on the Lots module.

    If you do not see this module, contact your project administrator.

  1. View the lots and sublots in the register.

  1. Click on a lot number to view the lot details and the items allocated to the lot.

You can also find lots and sublots from the folder structure. The folder view options include the Lots view, which shows the lots in the project and can be expanded to show its linked sublots.
