View mail history

You can view a history of events and actions regarding a mail item. Events are recorded in the history and include the following:

• Links added to or removed from mail

• Mail folder updates

• Mail received

• Changes in mail or thread status

To view mail history, open a mail item, and then select the History tab.

You can click the Export icon to export the history to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for easy scrolling and searching.
