Adding Mandatory Recipients to a Mail Workflow
You can add mandatory recipients to a mail workflow from the Admin menu.
To add mandatory recipients to a mail workflow:

Click Actions.

In the Admin tab, select Configure mail workflow.

Click the edit icon of the mandatory recipient group you want to edit.

Select the company name.

Select the recipient(s) and click the arrow icon to add them to the To, Cc or Bcc fields.

Click Save.
