Review and edit documents with Microsoft Office

After you have activated the Microsoft integration you can review or edit documents online using Microsoft Office 365. For more information about activating Microsoft integration, see Activate Microsoft Office review integration.

Document offers two options for using Office integration:

• Initiate an external review workflow in Office online when a restrained document requires a review.

• Open Office Online from the Documents register to use Office collaboration tools to edit a document without a workflow, resulting in a new revision or version.
