Disable or enable scheduled reports

After a user has left the company, their scheduled reports can remain in the Reports module. If the applicable security access has been granted, an Administrator can disable scheduled reports. See Delegating Admin Functions for a Security Group for information about the Enable/Disable scheduled Reports setting.

When you have been given access to all reports in the company, the Enable and Disable buttons show in the left toolbar. To disable a report, select it, and then click Disable. The report is disabled and will not run at the scheduled time.

To enable a report, select it, and then click Enable.
