This video demonstrates how to change mail status.
Every piece of InEight mail you send and receive has a status, and there are several different ways to update it.
To change the status before sending mail, update the Status field here or choose Send and Closed Out instead of clicking Send.
Remember, this changes the status of your mail found in your sent mailbox, and not the status of the recipient's received mail, which has a separate mail status they can personally manage from their inbox.
To change mail status in bulk from the register view, select the mail then click Actions here, and select Change Status To, and choose the appropriate option.
You can also change the status of mail from the opened mail screen here.
When updating the status in this case, if you click Save, you can also choose to close out all related mail in that thread if it exists.
You can see all related mail by selecting here. Click an item to display its content.
