This video demonstrates how to create and release a standard package.

Creating a New Package

To create a new package, from the packages module, click the new icon and select standard package. Enter the package details, then click save.

Adding Documents to the Package

Next, select the documents tab, and click the plus icon to add documents. Enter your search criteria and click search. Select the required documents here or choose the formats to include from this section. Then save your changes.

Adding Recipients to the Package

To add recipients, select the recipients tab, select the plus icon, and choose the appropriate company and contacts before saving. If needed, you can create a new contact by clicking here, entering the required details, and click create. The new contact is automatically added to the package.

Issuing the Package

When you're ready to issue the package, click issue package. Add your message details and select send. The sent package can now be found in the sent items register of the packages module. And that's how to create and issue a standard package. Thanks for watching.
