Welcome to InEight Document.
This video demonstrates how to create mail using the Document mobile application.
Once you've logged into the mobile app, tap here and select mail, then inbox.
From here, you can see all mail that has been sent to you personally on this project.
If you need to see all mail sent to your company, just tap here and select company from the drop down.
To reply to mail, just tap the mail to open it, then tap reply here.
You will then have the option to reply, reply all, or forward the mail.
Once you have selected a reply option, you may still need to select a mail type if there is more than one available option.
Complete all required fields.
Enter your message then tap send.
To send new mail tap here.
Select the appropriate mail type.
You will only see mail types you have been granted access to, and you won't see mail types that have been configured as response types only when creating new mail.
Next, fill in all required fields, including any mandatory ones.
Files can be attached to your mail from the gallery, your device storage, or your device camera.
Once the mail is ready to send, tap here.
Now, if I open the mail menu and go to sent items, I can see the mail just sent here.
