This video demonstrates how to manage document upload rules Document upload rules determine who can upload documents according to specific document attributes such as discipline or document type.
Access document upload rules by clicking here.
Then selecting admin, then manage document rules.
At the manage document rules window, note the rule type is already upload.
All the existing document rules for this project are listed.
To create a new upload rule, click here.
Enter a title for the rule, then define which attributes are permitted for upload.
Since I want to give or use from the architectural firm access to upload these kinds of documents. I will grant access to this rule by company.
To do that, I select the allocations tab.
To update an existing upload rule, just open it like this, Make any changes, and save.
