Welcome to InEight Document.

This video demonstrates how to download individually and in bulk.

To download a single document, select the download icon here against the format you need.

To download all formats of the document, or to download documents in bulk. You can click here to select all items or select each one first, before clicking here.

Before downloading, you have the option to group downloads by document numbers or file type.

Include a metadata spreadsheet of downloaded documents, download PDF files with annotations, and untick any format that are not required.

If you're downloading more than a hundred documents, you need to use the Download via Queue option here.

You'll need to enter a title and set a maximum zip file size.

Next, download the selected documents to a zip file.

Lastly, extract the files and save them to the desired location.
