Welcome to InEight Document.

This video demonstrates how to create and use forms with the InEight Document mobile app.

Once you have logged into the mobile app, tap here, and select the forms menu.

All accessible forms are displayed.

Tap to view form details.

To start a new form, select the plus symbol and choose a form type.

Such as a non conformance report.

First, complete all mandatory fields. To populate the for action field, select the appropriate review team here, then add, complete the subject line and message for form participants.

Scroll down to attach files from the phone gallery, your camera, or your mobile device storage area.

Scroll further to view form steps and the details required for each step to be completed.

Click save to populate details of participants completing each step.

Once all details have been completed for the form and it's ready to send, select complete action here.

This triggers the first step of the form and notifies the relevant form participants.

To participate in a form, once notified, select the relevant form from the form register.

You can locate it from the forms menu by selecting this icon.

Changing the filter to a waiting action review, then applying it.

This displays the list of the forms that you need to action or review.

Selecting the form opens it taking you straight to the section you need to action.

View any previous steps by scrolling up.

View any comments or the form history from the relevant tab here.

Tap the details tab to return to the form sections.

Attach any files from your device needed here.

Once you have completed required sections of the form, tap here.

The form will then move on to the next step automatically.

Or if needed, you can select the next step here before choosing okay.

This form is now removed from your awaiting action review list.
