Welcome to InEight Document.

This video demonstrates how to issue an addendum, remove or deactivate recipients, and close packages.

First, from the packages module, navigate to sent items and open the package.

Select the Documents tab, click the plus icon, and enter the relevant search criteria before searching.

Once the new documents are added, you can issue an addendum by responding yes to this notification.

Enter a reason for the addendum and message details. You can choose to notify users of future revisions or just send the addendum with the message here, before sending.

Each package recipient will receive a notification of addendum to a package, where they can download any new or revised documents, and view the addendum status for each year. You'll find the addendum notification in the sent items folder of the transmittal register.

To remove access to the package from the recipient's tab of a sent package, select the recipient and then this icon.

To deactivate them, deselect the Active checkbox.

You can make them active again by re-selecting this at a later time.

Once the package is completed, simply close out the package by clicking here, then yes. You can choose whether to notify recipients and remove document access, then provide a reason before clicking Close out.

To manage internal security for a package, click here.

You can choose to give all users in your company access to the package details or just grant access to specific users.

These users are now the only other users in your company that have access to these packages details.
