TRANSCRIPT

Welcome to InEight Document.

This video demonstrates how to use non workflow forms.

Non workflow forms consist of two main elements.

The initiator section and all other sections.

When a non workflow form has been initiated, it can be saved a number of times before it is published.

Until the form is published, it is only visible to the initiator and other users in the initiator's company with company access to forms.

To publish the form, click complete action.

Within the details tab, is the distribution list, which is divided into for action and for information groups.

Users in the for action group can participate in the form itself.

Update various sections of forms, except for the initiator section.

And are required to complete one or more sections of the form.

The users in the for information group can't edit anything on the form, but can add comments when required and see the form history details.

It is possible to control which parties on the distribution list have access to each section of the form.

The comments tab can be used to capture informal discussions between form participants.

Click the plus symbol to make a new comment.

By default, The comment will be sent to all users.

Comments can also be sent to individual participants instead.

Note there are several options that limit the visibility of comments made allowing for greater privacy.

The history tab displays an audit of all activities that have taken place within the form.

As you can see, every single update to the form has been captured.

The search can be used to find various event types, dates, or the company that triggered an action.

Well, that's how to use non workflow forms. Thanks for watching.
