Welcome to InEight document.

This video demonstrates how to request a new password.

From the in a document homepage, click the login button.

If you don't remember your password, click the forgot your password link.

Enter your user ID, company ID, and the email address associated with your contact details.

Next, click I am not a robot.

Then lastly, okay.

As long as the email address is the correct one registered listed against your InEight document account, you will receive an email notification with a temporary link that can be used to reset your password This link is valid for twenty four hours.

If you do not receive your login information within fifteen minutes, check your junk mail folder.

If you don't receive the email or you do not know your login details, contact your administrator.

If you don't know who your administrator is, contact the InEight support team.
