Welcome to InEight document. This video demonstrates how to resubmit documents in the Submittals module. During the submittals process, the managing company may reject documents following a document review, in which case they will request a resubmittal. If the managing company wants you to resubmit a document, you will receive a transmittal notification.

You can then fix any problems or answer questions and resubmit the documents. Open the transmittal notification and click the link to the submittal. The submittal details page opens. Click the deliverables tab to see the list of deliverables.

Deliverables that have rejected documents are marked with a red warning triangle. Click the documents icon to see the documents that require resubmittal rejected Documents are marked with a red triangle and the submission status and review status. Reason columns are in red text. Click the update file icon next to the rejected document.

The revision field is automatically updated to the next revision, but you can edit it if required. Then click save. Now when back on the deliverables page, the pending document column shows the number of documents that have been uploaded but not submitted. Select the deliverable.

The submit button is updated with the number of documents that have been uploaded but not submitted. To submit documents, choose one of the following. Click submit document. If you plan to submit more deliverables later, or click submit documents and complete.

If you have all of the labels uploaded, which is the option we'll use now, enter a message and then click send And transmittal is created and sent to the managing company and submittal managers. If you select any option to complete, the submission is now complete and you can no longer upload new documents. The managing company can review, reject, or start the formal review workflow for the document. Well, that's how to resubmit documents in the Submittals module.
