This video will guide you through sending secure transmittals with full Reply All support.
With this feature enabled, transmittals are delivered as a single message containing one shared link. This setup allows all recipients to use Reply All effectively while still ensuring document security.
Chapter: Enabling the Feature
To get started, make sure the feature is turned on in the project settings under the Miscellaneous tab.
Here is a transmittal sent with the feature enabled. When recipients open the shared link, they will be asked to enter their email address.
Chapter: User Authentication Process
Document users will authenticate using their normal login credentials.
Chapter: External User Access
External users will receive a one‑time passcode that is valid for 15 minutes. After entering the code, they can download the documents attached to the transmittal.
If anyone uses Reply All, every recipient included in the original transmittal will be part of the conversation. This helps streamline collaboration while maintaining strong document security.
And that's how to send secure transmittals with full Reply All support. Thanks for watching.
After initiating the run Report Execution, a new tab appears with the SSRS report. All the reports come with a standard pain of functionality to perform certain actions on the executed report. On top of the executed report is the parameter pain. This pain is used to control the filters to display on the report.
