Platform 24.11 Release Notes

This is a preview of the upcoming release. General release is available starting 09-DEC-2024.

  • InEight Model product integration – New settings have been added to enable Model at the project level and at the organization level in Settings > General > Global Options > Product integrations. When the Model toggle is set to On for the organization, Model is available in all projects created after and the setting cannot be changed to Off at the project level. When the Model toggle is set to Off for the organization, the setting in the individual project can be set to On to use Model.

  • InEight Contract permission – The new permission Edit retention release was added to Roles and permissions > Permissions > Contract > Contracts under View payment forms.

 

APIM Integrations 24.11 Release Notes

The InEight cloud platform continually adds new integrations and works to improve existing integrations based on customer feedback. These release notes provide a summary only. For additional information, refer to the integration specification changelog in Resources > APIM Specifications and the InEight API Developer Portal.

New integrations

InEight Contract

Payment Form Request

  • Description: This integration allows a customer to create a payment form along with invoice, line-item allocation, back charge, and SOV in Contract.
  • Name in APIM: PaymentFormRequest

Purchase Order

  • Description: This integration allows a customer to receive one or more contract purchase order details as a JSON message. The customer can pass parameters to the API and the filtered results are sent as the output.
  • Name in APIM: List PurchaseOrder

InEight Platform

Project Payroll Indicators

  • Description: These integrations allow a customer to read and export information regarding their project payroll indicator data for allowances, attendance types, and employee premiums from the InEight cloud platform into their internal systems..

Invoices

  • Change: Added RetentionReleaseAmount and EstimatedPostingDate fields and an option to send physical invoice as base 64 encoded string.ld.

InEight Estimate

Estimate

  • Change – The following fields have been deprecated: location, city, state, country, latitude, longitude, forecast start, forecast finish, and duration fields. If you have integrations that read or write data to any of these fields, you need to modify the integrations to instead use the Core Projects APIs for these corresponding InEight Platform project fields (Address1, City, RegionISOCode, CountryISOCode, Latitude, Longitude, ForecastStartDate, ForecastEndDate, ForecastDuration).
