Security Attributes

The security controls can be further refined from the Security Group access settings.

Choose the Security tab then select the Project Gallery drop down on the top right hand side.

The following list of security attributes can be configured:

1. Upload Picture/Video

   • Upload

   • Add New Version

2. Edit Attributes

   • Edit Details

   • Add Tags

3. Add Comments

4. Link

   • Link Mail

   • Link Documents/Transmittals

   • Link Packages

   • Link Project Gallery

   • Other

5. Module Attachment

   • Mail Attach

   • Document ViewFile

   • Transmittal Attach

6. Assign projects

7. Delete Picture/Video
