(Breaking change) Explore_Core_Equipment and SelfService_Core_Equipment – The fields EquipmentStatusId, EquipmentStatusName and EquipmentStatusDescription have been removed from these APIs.

Application

Design dashboard – The new Design dashboard brings together planning, progress, productivity, resource, and quantity insights into one consolidated reporting experience. Read more

This initial version of the dashboard focuses on the Engineering module with additional capabilities planned for future releases. The dashboard enables Engineering teams and project leaders to quickly understand:

How design is progressing
Whether teams are performing efficiently
Where work is ahead or behind
How resources are being utilized
What scope and deliverables remain

The dashboard provides clear visibility into earned versus planned performance, forecast remaining effort, scope completion, and CPI trends, enabling quicker identification of risk areas and stronger control over engineering delivery. Timeline and resource perspectives add context to sequencing and workload distribution, while quantity and package summaries connect physical progress and deliverables back to overall performance.

Change and Estimate Portfolio dashboard visuals – New custom-built visualizations have been added to the Change dashboard and the Estimate Portfolio dashboard to enhance visual analysis, improve data exploration, and provide more intuitive breakdowns of key metrics. Read more

In the Change dashboard, there are three new custom visuals:

Bubble Timeline Plot: Shows Change transaction values across the selected date range that helps you identify the timing, frequency, and relative value of Issue, PCO, and CCO activity over time.

Change Funnel Flow chart: Provides a visual representation of how Change value progresses from Issue through to PCO, CCO, Sent to Budget, and Approved Final. This helps you to understand conversion, drop-off, and progression through the Change lifecycle.

Change Value Breakdown: Shows a hierarchical breakdown of Change transactions at Issue, PCO, and CCO level. The visual breaks values down by status and ageing bucket, making it easier to quickly identify where change value is sitting across the lifecycle.

The visual also supports drill-through style exploration via a companion panel, allowing you to inspect the underlying transactions and project-level contributors behind each segment.

In the Estimate Portfolio dashboard, a new custom Data Map pyramid visual introduces a layered portfolio-level view designed to help you understand the structure and distribution of estimate data across key reporting levels.

The Data Map pyramid visual also supports drill-through style exploration via a companion panel, allowing users to inspect the project-level contributors behind each price category.

Dashboard Management page – The Explore settings Dashboard Management page has been enhanced to improve usability, streamline actions, and provide clearer visibility into dataset refresh capabilities. Read more

You now select the checkbox for a dashboard to manage and configure it. When a checkbox is selected, the Edit icon is enabled. Click the Edit icon to open the dashboard slide-out panel to change the dashboard visibility or configure the scheduled dataset refresh.

The Refresh Dataset icon is also enabled when a checkbox is selected, which allows you to trigger an ad-hoc refresh for the dashboard. The new column Refreshes remaining was added that shows the number of ad-hoc refreshes available for the day. A maximum of five refreshes is allowed per day, per dashboard.

Refresh actions are now governed by system rules such as daily limits, cooldowns, and scheduling. Dialog boxes will show a message based on the following scenarios:

Eligible (outside cooldown, refreshes available): Prompts you to confirm the refresh and shows remaining count.
Dataset currently refreshing: Refresh blocked
Within 30-minute cooldown: Refresh temporarily unavailable
Daily limit reached (5/5): No further refreshes allowed
Scheduled refresh within 30 minutes: Refresh blocked until schedule completes
