Convert to Client Change Order (CCO)
Use Case
The field engineer confirmed with the client that they agree on the pricing and terms. After following up with the field engineer, the superintendent moves the PCO to become a Client Change Order (CCO).
Within InEight Change, you can associate either an issue or PCO to a CCO.
Typically, once the change order is verbally agreed upon by the client, it is ready to convert to a CCO. At this point, you’re ready to write up the final terms and formalize the pricing.
Associate a PCO to a Client Change Order
Step 1
Within the PCO Log, click to open a PCO.
Step 2
Click on Associate to Client change order.
Step 3
Add required fields along with a description of the change, then click Save.
Step 4
The new CCO record is created.
With the PCO approved, formalize the information in each of the fields shown under Additional Details.
For example, the owner only approved 3 days for the schedule so you update the Schedule impact.
Then click Save.
