Use Case

The superintendent confirms the pricing and terms on the CCO are finalized and generates a final change order document for internal review.


Within InEight Change, you can generate a Client Change Order (CCO) document for final review.

Change Document Templates

In InEight Change settings, you can create templates for generating contract documents.

Generate CCO Document

From within the CCO record, you can generate a physical CCO document from a pre-built template. You can generate this as a PDF that can be sent around electronically for review.

Step 1

Click Actions > Generate Change Document

Select the template specific to your CCO.

Step 3

Generate the template, perhaps even selecting a draft watermark stamp, if desired.

Select to Save in supporting documents tab.

Select to generate document file type as PDF.

Click Next

Step 4

Preview the document, then click Finish.

From the Supporting Document tab, open the formal draft document.
