Approve an Issue

Use Case

An issue regarding additional steel work comes in from the field. The superintendent receives a notification to review it for approval.

It's important to keep in mind that project administrators may have to adjust workflow assignments in the InEight Change project settings. To learn how to create a workflow, please consult the Workflow Assignments Quick Start Guide.

With approval workflows set up, when a new issue is created, the appropriate employee is notified via email to review and either approve or reject the issue. These steps are performed for all new issues in the project.
