  • Check-in and Check-out – A new feature lets events and tasks be checked out to specific users. Check out is applicable to any event or task from any reporter, regardless of status, including those with active form flows. The events and tasks can now sync with the SQC mobile app once assigned and completed in the field. ClosedRead more

Here are a few more updates related to the new check-in and check-out feature to help you manage access and sync consistently.

    • User-based Check-Out: You can now assign events or tasks to specific users, so only they can make edits while the item is checked out.

    • Permissions & Controls: New roles were added under All Events / All Tasks > Roles so you can decide who can check items in and out.

    • Improved Access Management: This addresses previous issues where events and tasks were locked due to user departure.

    • Mobile Sync Enabled: On the SQC mobile app, a new default setting under Sync Profile > Checkout Sync ensures checked out items sync in real time.

  • Large event/task print support – When printing events or tasks with attachments that exceed 25MB, the process now runs in the background. When completed, an email is sent with a link to the PDF document. Previously, events or tasks with many photo attachments resulted in a time allotment error.

  • Event and Task grid improvements – Improvements have been made to queries that support the event and task grid. As part of enhancing load reliability for the event/task grid, updates have been made to how column filters show content ClosedRead more

This could result in you seeing more items in the filters. However, the events or tasks shown by the filters will still appear based on your permissions. Depending on the filter choices and permissions, it could result in no items found.

  • *User Assignment limit increase – There is now a limit of 50,000 user assignments that can be assigned at one time, an increase from the previous limit of 5,000 users. If you try to assign more than 50,000 users, a warning message shows stating that the user assignments exceed the maximum limit.
