LEM submitted status – A new Submitted status has been added to the LEM screen. After creating a LEM, the status clearly identifies the LEMs submission. After a LEM status is changed to Submitted, it cannot be deleted unless you move it back to the allowed status. This new status also applies to invoices.
LEM reporting updates – Two new stock reports are now available from the LEM screen, LEM WBS Pivot Coasted and LEM WBS Pivot UnCoasted. Both reports show WBS phase codes as columns.
General release is available starting 27-OCT-2025.
LEM grid updates – The grid view has been expanded beyond the original four columns to provide more visibility into your LEMs. You can now filter by project code to quickly find LEMs tied to a specific project.
New description column – A new description column has been added to the LEM register. This column lets you provide context or explanations for individual LEM entries that are visible directly in the LEM register. For more information see, LEM Details
Resource library and cost classification overrides – Billings now imports classifications from InEight Platform, which includes operational resources and assignments. With the applicable permissions, you can now unlock and override these imported values directly in Billings. Without the override permission enabled, the integration updates these values automatically.
