Issue import API – You can now import issues via the Create Issues API. This new API can be used to consolidate all issues in one place by importing issues in bulk or connecting to a third- party issue creation tool. Refer to the updated API documentation for more information. For more information about importing issues, see Issue Import.

Assign pay items to new cost items – You can now assign existing pay items to new cost items within cost item pricing. Read more Watch video
From the Cost item pricing page Edit cost item or New cost item slide-out panel, you can select an existing pay item to assign to new cost items. This lets you see which pay items are impacted by a change before pushing the item to InEight Control.

DocuSign Advanced Options – Change now supports DocuSign Advanced options for branding, reminders, expiration, and comments. The advanced options show in DocuSign when you are in the Sender view. Read more
From the Sender view in DocuSign you can now go to the advanced options (Actions > Advanced Options) to access options for branding, reminders, expiration, and comments. You can see the advanced options based on your organization's DocuSign settings.

Branding options let you select a logo and brand colors that were set up by the DocuSign administrator, for the envelope.

Reminders options let you specify whether DocuSign sends reminders to signees, when to start sending them, and how often to send them.

Expiration options let you set the number of days until the envelope expires and how often to send alerts. After the envelope is expired, recipients can no longer view or sign the documents in the envelope.

Comments options let you allow senders and recipients to enter comments on documents in the envelope.
Options for recipient privileges are also available. Refer to your DocuSign documentation for more information about advanced options.

Add Request for information documents from the Issue Details page – You can now add documents to the Request for information section of the Issue Details page. Previously, you could only add documents from the Supporting documents page. Read more
The Request for information section now includes the Add Request for information icon. You can click the Add icon to add a new document or one from InEight Document. After a document is added, it shows in the Supporting documents register.

Open pending issues – You can now add detail information and supporting documents to pending issues while workflow is still active, so approvers can see the information they need before approving the issue. Read more
To open the pending issue, click the Pending link in the Issue ID column of the New issue log. The Issue Details page opens, and you can then edit any field that is enabled. You can also go to the Supporting documents tab to add documents. Access to pending issues lets organizations using the new issues workflow to add additional detail before issues are accepted via the workflow.
