  • End watermark event – You can now specify the event at which a watermark is no longer required when generating a change document. You can also define template settings based on template type. ClosedRead more

    The End watermark requirement event field has been added for each template type.

    The field is enabled when the Require watermark stamp upon document generation toggle for a template type is set to Yes. You can then select the event that must occur before the watermark stamp is no longer required or to always require a watermark stamp.

    For Issue templates and Other templates, if the Require watermark stamp upon document generation toggle is set to Yes, only the Always required watermark event is enabled.

  • Delete issues from the Issue log – You can now delete issues from the Issue log that meet certain criteria. Issues can be deleted based on their status, PCO or CCO association, and origin. ClosedRead more

    The issue must be created in Change or added via API. The issue must have a status of New, Parked, Dropped, or a custom status. Other criteria include the following:

    • The issue cannot be associated with a PCO, CCO, or budget move

    • The issue cannot be a main issue

    • The issue cannot originate from another InEight product, such as Plan, Progress, Compliance, Contract, or Document

    The Delete icon has been added to the Issues page. You can select multiple items to delete.

    The permission Delete issues has been added. You must have the permission to delete issues from the Issues log.

  • Generated document name on Supporting documents register – When you generate a document from a template, and the Save in supporting documents toggle in the Generate contract wizard is set to Yes, the value in the Name of document file now shows in the Title column of the Supporting documents tab. Previously, the name of the template showed in the column. ClosedRead more

    Now, if you enter a document name, the title and the name of the file or link are the same. If you do not enter a document name, Change uses the template name. For more information about generating change documents, see Generate a change document.

  • Limits on cost items and pay items in change orders and budget moves – The number of cost items and pay items are now limited in change orders and budget moves to be compatible with InEight Control. Change orders and budget moves are limited to 250 unique cost items or 100 unique pay items. For more information about limits in change orders, see Potential Change Order (PCO)and Client Change Order (CCO) Generation. For information about limits in budget moves, see Budget moves.
