In this video, we'll review how to edit Checklist information in the Checklist module using the Completions HQ application. After logging into a project and within the Checklists module, we're going to edit some detail information on a few checklists. Using the Piling checklist, we'll select all of the checklists, by selecting the first object in the filtered list. Then we scroll down to the bottom of the list while holding down the SHIFT key and select the last checklist.
With all the Piling checklists selected, click the Edit Checklist(s) button. Since we've used the SHIFT function and selected all of those checklists, we'll be making edits to all of them at once. We'll add some details to the checklist, starting with a Certificate Checklist Type. By selecting the Construction Complete option, all of the checklists will now apply to my Construction Complete Certificate.
I can select a sub-contractor for them and apply an IWP Number to all of them as well. After tapping Save, when I return to any Piling checklist, I can see that information has been added to each of these individual checklists. The last step is to publish my changes, making all of the changes I've made available on the server for everyone else on the project to access. In this video, we walked through how to edit checklists and publish them to the server.
