In this video, we'll cover how to navigate, search, and filter our Inspections in the Completions HQ application. Within the Inspections tab, we can use our Quick Filters to find different statuses of inspections, inspections that are due within a certain timeframe, or those that have been assigned to me or my team. For example, these are Requested or Owner Requested. When you click the toggle down here, you can filter to those that are closed or invalid.
And of course, I can clear my Quick Filters by clicking here. I can use the search function to isolate for a specific keyword, and I can also use the advanced filters to narrow down my results. For example, I might go for a specific Description or Location. Or maybe by the specific Status or Scheduled Date, or even certain ITP Reference or other metadata.
By clicking on this Flare item in the Hierarchy Filter, I can see the Whole Point inspection for a sub-system. Finally, the hierarchy filter is also a cross-module filter, so if I go over to Elements, I can see that my elements are now filtered down to just this Flare System, just like they were in inspections.
