Admin: Setup Issue in Compliance for Change

Transcript

In this video, we'll create an issue from a

form using InEight Compliance.

The first few steps involve setting up user functionality by an administrator.

Navigate to Module Settings and Compliance for the Change module. Click on the Categories tab and select the + icon to create a new category called Issue Documentation Form, or IDF.

Then click Save.

Configuring Module Settings

Within Change, and in your project's Module Settings, click on the Configurations tab.

Notice the static list of Compliance response codes. Those exact field names will need to be used in the IDF form the administrator creates.

Creating the IDF Form

Now it's time for the administrator to create the Issue Identification form within the Change module.

Within Templates Manager, click Create New Form. Ensure you have a category called IDF, and that it's selected on the new form.

And if needed, toggle on the "Available on Mobile" toggle.

Adding Questions to the Form

Add your questions, making sure to add the exact Integration Tag Code from the Compliance Response Codes list.

Save and publish your form.

Utilizing the Form

Now, the published form can be utilized.

Open the appropriate published IDF form from within your project.

Fill out the form, then click Save or Save and Close.

As a result, the new issue appears in the New Issue Log within InEight Change.

Thanks for watching.
