In this video, we'll walk through why your organization may want to utilize the InEight Mobile application and how it differs from the SQC Mobile app.

Real-Time Data Saving Features

You'll be glad to know that when a user saves a form or task on the InEight Mobile app, it immediately saves the activity on the server. That means you or anyone else with permission to access it can update activities and status events on the InEight app on your iPhone, iPad, or on a desktop device.

Seamless Form Filling

Because the InEight app saves directly to the server, this feature will be welcomed if you fill out forms that utilize a form flow question type, where access to the form by multiple people is required, especially since those built in workflows route to the next designated user for their review and/or approval.

While forms with dynamic headers can also be performed on the SQC app, the InEight Mobile app allows users to seamlessly fill out those forms.

Immediate Updates with Internet Connectivity

For example, because users are connected to the internet, the component values can be updated and saved immediately back to the server.

In order to use this added functionality, the InEight Mobile app requires a stable internet connection.

Comparison with SQC Mobile Application

Much like the SQC Mobile application, the InEight Mobile app lets users perform a form or task on an iOS device.

Many of the features are similar to the SQC app, though the user interface is different.

For example, on both apps, you can select your project or change projects.

Toggle between Compliance and Completions modules based on your permission levels.

Perform, save, and/or submit your forms and tasks.

Search for forms or tasks either as a Favorite or by Category.

As well as utilize forms, including those with form flows and those forms that utilize either InEight Plan components with an ITP header or InEight Platform master data with a Project Structure header.

Accessing SQC Mobile App for Offline Use

And you can always access the SQC Mobile app by tapping on the "Remote Apps" option if you require offline abilities, or if you don't have a stable internet connection.

Intuitive Item Viewing

Finally, whether you're working with forms or tasks, with the InEight Mobile app, you can view your items in a more intuitive way.
