In this video, we'll cover Template Integration and how to manage this functionality. It's a really helpful feature when you need to use a form or task from within another InEight application that's currently integrated with Compliance.

To add a template integration, you must have a Level 3 Admin permission, and the template must have already been published.

If you don't have that Level 3 Admin role, you'll see the Add Template Integration button, but you can't use it.

Within the Templates Manager, and in the Properties tab of a published form or task, you'll click on the Add Template Integration button under Options.

When the dialogue box opens, fill out the required fields, which includes the Integration Title, Category, Association, Associated Products, and Organization and Project Association.

This template integration now lets you make tasks available for use within another InEight application that's currently integrated with Compliance.

You can view the listing of template integrations, but you can't edit them here at the project level. Click on this arrow to allow you to adjust the product settings at the Root Organization level.

Now you can select an integration to delete it. And when you click on the integration title, you can view the existing set-up, or edit it as needed.
