Design Activity Report

Allows users to run the Design Activity Report. The Design Activity Report selection will open the report in a new tab. This report will generate all the schedule activities with loaded man hours.

The report has three parameters that must be specified to run the report: Claiming Scheme Assignment, Rollup/Details, and ID/Note. The Claiming Scheme parameter allows the user to specify how the claiming schemes are associated to the Quantity Items. They can be associated by either WBS or Account Code assignment. The ID/Note parameter allows users to specify how the Area, System, and Turnover attributes are displayed in the Schedule IDs. The Schedule IDs can either use the ID values or the Note values as configured in the “Configure CWA and project values” page in Plan. The last parameter to set is the Rollup/Details. This parameter allows users to specify the level of detail to which the report generates the Schedule IDs. The Rollup option will generate the Activities by rolling up all the like-Schedule Groups by Activity ID Format (Query Group) into one Schedule ID with summed MHr and Qty data. The Details option will generate all the individual Activities that make up the rolled up Activities with additional attribute columns in the report.
