Processing Unregistered Transmittals

You can process unregistered transmitted documents as controlled documents. Only the latest unrestrained transmittal types can be processed.

Locate the required transmittal received in the unregistered mailbox and open it.
Click the More button and select Process Transmittal as Controlled Documents.
This will open a new document upload screen that is processing the documents sent via the transmittal.

This processes the documents within the transmittal, however the transmittal will still remain in the Unregistered mail inbox.

Transmittals can then be processed as mail items. For example: Mail Type = Transmittal

This only makes the item appear in the user's Mail Inbox as a mail type called Transmittal (it does not appear in the user's Transmittal Inbox).
