User Access Overview

There are three types of users:

User type Description
Admin Allows you to have complete access and control of all functionality in the environment.
Standard

Allows you to have limited access and functionality in a project. You will not be able to:

  • Create users.
  • Create projects.
  • Delete an object in Viewer.
Read-Only

Allows you to have read-only rights to a project. You can access and utilize all functionality in a project. You will not be able to:

  • Save any changes to a project.

  • Create users.
  • Create a project.
  • Publish models.

The default user type is Standard. You can assign a user type when creating a new user.

Users can have Read or Write access to a project.

If a Read Only type user is applied to a project with Write access, they will still only have read only rights to the project.

If a Standard or Admin type user is applied to a project with Read Only access, they will only have read only access.
